All early Morris Minors had carpet material which was known as "Carvel" made in Kidderminster. The carpet had quite a strong bristly feel to it with a woven backing. It was hard wearing and lasted well. It was discontinued in the mid 1960's and is no longer available at all. We are offering a modern nylon automotive carpet we have specially made in Yorkshire, that to all intent and purposes looks the same from about 6 feet away! From the diagram here you will see that the front and rear mats are one piece affairs. In addition, a pair of sill carpets and a pair of front wheel arch carpets. Facts---- This is the actual original layout of these carpet sets. The carpets were never bound around the edges. We also supply a floor stud and carpet fixing kit.
