Our carpet is formulated to perform under the intense pressure and heat that the thermoformed moulding manufacturing process requires. This helps keep the carpet in perfect shape to fit the contours of your car.

We are able to source specialist carpets such as our loop pile carpet for our Ford and Mazda range or the original style grey tufted used to make a moulded T25 carpet. Our versatile carvel carpet is a durable all purpose carpet that fits the needs of many classic car interiors where the original material isn't available.

Research and development are key to our growing range of moulded automotive flooring. We identify a car where only a Newton Commercial carpet will do and then bring this car into our factory to make a splash of the floorpan. Turned into a male and female mould and we begin the alterations and test fitting until it's perfect.
