We strongly believe that an apprenticeship can offer a route into a skilled industry that you may not have considered before. We first started our apprenticeship scheme back in 2011 and some of those initial team are now working throughout our factory using a variety of skills in a wide range of departments. We also see the benefits of NVQ qualifications and training throughout your career here at Newton Commercial, building on the skills you have learnt. Find out more about our apprenticeship and training scheme below from Jonny Newton, our managing director, and apprentices both past and present.
