This headrest foam replaces the original foam used in your Spitfire headrests that may have crumbled over time. The headrest foam can be used with your original covers or alongside our new headrest covers along with your original chrome stalks. 

Alternatively we also offer a complete headrest with brand new chrome stalks as an alternative.
