SPITFIRE
We began Triumph Spitfire interior in the mid 1980's after Triumph stopped producing interior trim for the Spitfire earlier that decade, utilising our high frequency welding machine to produce the distinctive design used on the interior trim panels. A moulded carpet produced as the original is the perfect addition to the refurbishment of your classic car, made from high quality automotive grade carpet here in our UK factory.
The MKI body was carried over into the MKII production for the first 10,000 cars so therefore a lot of MKII cars still used the MKI trim panels and seat covers; the same can also be said for the MKII to MKIII production so please keep an eye out for this. In 1973 Triumph swapped the grain of their material from the smoother Stag grain to that of the rougher 1290 grain and then in 1976 changed back! Therefore you will the same parts listed but with the two different grains. If you aren't sure which parts to order please contact our sales team who will be more than happy to help.
